Part 7: Vacating the Runway and Transition to Ground

Reaching Your Stand/Parking Position

Continue taxiing according to Ground's instructions until you reach your assigned parking position. If you are unsure, you may ask: "F-ABCD, which way to stand zero-four?" Ground will help.

Once parked, you will contact Ground to advise parking is complete:

"[Callsign], stand [number], parking complete" or "[Callsign], parked."

ATC will acknowledge, and you are released from radio contact. You may now shut down the aircraft.
