Luftsportclub Nienburg/Weser e.V. operates at Nienburg/Holzbalge airfield (ICAO: EDXI) in Germany. The club offers comprehensive pilot training with licenses such as LAPL (A), PPL (A), and Night VFR qualifications. The grass runway is 850m long and 30m wide, suitable for aircraft up to 2000 kg, including gliders, motor gliders, and ultralight aircraft.
The club fleet includes the Robin R3000, SF 25 C Falke motor glider, and Aquila AT01. Training is conducted by volunteer flight instructors with flexible scheduling.
Members have access to various club aircraft for charter, reducing costs and supporting continued flying after licensing. The club fosters a social atmosphere with regular gatherings and emphasizes safety and thorough theoretical and practical education.
