DEPARTURE: OE-DMS, roger, report level flight level one-one-zero.

PILOT: WILCO, OE-DMS.

Analysis: You reported leaving FL 090. ATC acknowledged and requested you report when level at FL 110. You replied "Wilco" (will comply), not "Roger." This is correct because Wilco indicates you received an instruction you will execute, whereas Roger only means you received the message.
