Here's a critical exam question: Where are the currently valid radiotelephony procedures for your country published?

The answer is: in the AIC (Aeronautical Information Change).

This is slightly tricky because the AIP contains general procedures, but when specific, current, local procedures change, they're published in an AIC. The AIC is the "change notice" that keeps the main AIP current between formal revisions. So if you're studying for the ECQB and you see a question asking "Where can you find the valid RT procedures?", you should think: AIC.

However, there's a nuance: some general procedures (like how to read back a clearance) are in the main AIP. But regulatory changes or aerodrome-specific procedure changes go in the AIC. For the exam, memorize: AIC is where valid RT procedures are published (or at least, where current changes to RT procedures are published).
