Motorflugclub Haßfurt e. V. is an aviation club and a flight school at Haßfurt-Haßberge Airfield (ICAO: EDQT), Germany. The club offers pilot training for the private pilot license (PPL) and ultralight licenses, with instruction by experienced pilots, including those with military and airline backgrounds. The fleet consists of well-maintained aircraft such as the Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Cessna 182 RG Skylane, Tecnam P-92 Echo, Tecnam P-92 light ultralight and the iconic Lockheed F-104 Starfighter.
The club offers trial flights for newcomers and organizes sightseeing flights to discover the scenic Rhön mountains, the former inner German border and the region around the Main river in Franconia. It also serves as a base for the Luftrettungsstaffel Bayern e. V. and provides air-supported assistance for public safety.
With an aviation-enthusiastic community, the club supports flight students in a thorough and encouraging flight training environment, making it a solid choice for aspiring pilots.<\/p>
