PILOT: Maintain flight level one-one-zero, Munich Approach one-two-six decimal zero-two-five, SQUAWK two-zero-four-three, OE-DMS.
CENTRE: OE-DMS, ROGER.
Analysis: ATC gave you a new frequency (Munich Approach), a new squawk code (2043), and confirmed your altitude. You read back the frequency, the altitude, the squawk code, and your callsign. Now you will contact Munich Approach.

Note

When you change squawk codes, ALWAYS read it back in the same way ATC issued it: single digits separated by pauses. "Two-zero-four-three" is clearer than "twenty forty-three."
