Unlike controlled aerodromes, where you remain on ground control, at uncontrolled fields you often receive all information in one call and then move to the runway
holding point without further contact until you are ready to depart. The station does not "clear" you to proceed to the
holding point. You simply taxi. If you are uncertain, you can always ask. But the lack of ground control does not mean the lack of organization; it means less centralized organization and more personal responsibility.
