Aero Club Nürnberg e.V. is a flying club located at Nürnberg Airport (ICAO: EDDN) in Germany. It offers year-round flying opportunities for aviation enthusiasts with a modern fleet consisting of two Piper PA-28 Archer III aircraft equipped with Avidyne Entegra 5000 Glascockpit avionics and two Diamond DA40 NG planes featuring state-of-the-art Garmin G1000NXi avionics and efficient Austro Engine AE300 motors added in 2023. The club provides extensive pilot training programs including PPL, LAPL, night VFR, various instrument ratings including competency-based IR, radio communication licenses BZF I and II, flight instructor training, and charter flight services. Student pilots benefit from professional training in an international airport environment, gaining experience from beginner to advanced levels flying modern single-engine piston aircraft with advanced avionics. The club operates as a flying club with a rich history and strong membership community.
