Badisch-Pfälzischer Flugsportverein e. V. (BPFV) is a well-established flying club and flight school located at City Airport Mannheim (ICAO: EDFM), Germany. With over 50 years of experience, BPFV offers professional and flexible pilot training for private pilot licenses PPL (A) and LAPL (A). Training occurs at a busy commercial airport, providing students with valuable experience integrating with controlled air traffic. The club's modern fleet includes brand new Tecnam P2008 JC MKII airplanes equipped with Garmin G3X glass cockpits and several Diamond DA40s with IFR and night flying capabilities. The training program features theoretical instruction twice weekly, flexible start times, and simulator training. Charter flights are available exclusively to club members.
