The Motorfluggruppe Regensburg e.V. operates a certified flight school since 1962 at Regensburg-Oberhub airfield, authorized by the Northern Bavaria Aviation Authority (ATO DE.BY.ATO.222). The school offers training for various pilot licenses including private pilot licenses (PPL and LAPL), night flight rating, radio telephony certificates (BZF I and II), and ICAO language proficiency tests Level 4.
Experienced flight instructors with CPL(A) licenses for single-engine and multi-engine land aircraft with instrument rating conduct the training. The fleet includes modern aircraft such as Cessna 172N, Cessna 172SP, and Piper PA28-181 Archer III, enabling comprehensive theoretical and practical pilot education.
The flight school provides refresher training and license extensions and welcomes new members to join and benefit from its thorough aviation education programs.
