Hanseatischer Fliegerclub Berlin e.V.

Hanseatischer Fliegerclub Berlin e.V. is an aviation club affiliated with Deutsche Lufthansa AG, open to all flight enthusiasts beyond Lufthansa employees. It offers professional training for the Private Pilot License (PPL-A), including additional qualifications such as Night VFR flying, with experienced instructors including airline pilots focusing on both practical and theoretical knowledge.

The club offers affordable training for PPL licenses, additional ratings like night flying, and cost-effective chartering of single-engine aircraft. It serves as a community for pilots of all ages to share their passion for flying year-round and to maintain skills.

Members regularly meet for thematic presentations, online radio communication courses, annual check flights, alpine briefings, participation in flight rallies, Cessna meetings, pancake fly-ins, and flight camps. Off-airfield activities include canoe tours, barbecues, and an annual Christmas party.

An internal flight exchange platform allows members to organize flights independently outside official meetings, promoting continuous practice and flight safety.
