Luftsportverein Paderborner Land e.V. is an aviation club located at Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport (EDLP) in Germany. Founded in 1960, the club has a long tradition of community flying and pilot training. It operates its own flight school offering practical and theoretical training, including 45 flight hours with 10 solo hours and cross-country solo flights, aimed at obtaining the Private Pilot License (PPL).
The club's fleet consists of three Piper PA-28 aircraft, including Archer III and Warrior II models, equipped with modern avionics such as Garmin G5 and GNS 430, some with autopilots. Key services include flight training, trial flights, scenic flights, and hosting social events in a clubhouse with gastronomy services. The club provides a welcoming environment for both beginner and experienced pilots in the Paderborn region.
Student pilots can start their pilot journey here with comprehensive training, modern fleet, and a community atmosphere fostered through club events and amenities.
