By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users of learn-atc.com, including both individual consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B), such as flight schools. Deviating terms from users will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

2. Services Offered

learn-atc.com provides web-based training tools for aviation radio communication, including:

• AI-supported simulation tools
• Learning modules and study materials
• Certification preparation

Some areas of the platform are available only with a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

Users must register with a valid email address and password to access the platform. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial with limited access to certain features. This is provided without charge and may be terminated or limited at any time without notice.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid access is available via monthly or yearly subscriptions, processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the future. You will be notified in advance if changes affect your plan.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), your right of withdrawal expires if the following applies:

• You explicitly agree that we may begin providing access before the withdrawal period ends,
• and you acknowledge that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.

This agreement is obtained during checkout through a confirmation checkbox. If you do not agree to this, you may not complete the purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and the waiver of the right of withdrawal upon access, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Exceptions may be made on a goodwill basis in individual cases.

8. Multi-Seat Licenses

Organizations (e.g. flight schools) can request multi-seat licenses through a dedicated contact form. Access and terms for these licenses will be coordinated manually and require a written agreement.

9. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the platform. Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. We do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or suitable for passing official aviation exams.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in your user dashboard. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Siegen, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
