flylinz - Flugschule Linz

flylinz is a non-profit flight school and association based at Flughafen Linz (LOWL) in Hörsching, Austria. Founded in 1965, it offers comprehensive pilot training including Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and additional ratings like NVFR. The school operates a modern fleet of single-engine piston aircraft including Aquila A210, Cessna 172, Diamond DA40 NG, and Cessna 150, supported by experienced flight instructors for practical and thorough training. flylinz also provides radio communication training in close cooperation with experienced air traffic controllers from Austro Control, ensuring a solid theoretical and practical education in aviation communication. Members have the opportunity to charter aircraft and take introductory flights. The home base is Flughafenstraße 1, 4063 Hörsching, Austria.
