Luftsportclub Borkenberge e. V.

The Luftsportclub Borkenberge e. V. is a motor flight club based at the private airfield Flugplatz Borkenberge in Germany, founded in the early 1960s and comprising over 90 members from the Münsterland and Ruhrgebiet regions. The club specializes in the promotion of motor flight sports and pilot training, offering the Light Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL) (A). Its fleet includes motor aircraft like the Cessna F150, Cessna F172M, and ultralight aircraft such as Comco C42 and Aeroprakt A32 L, supported through cooperation with Luftsportclub Recklinghausen e. V. Additionally, the club provides a high-end flight simulator available free for members.

LSC Borkenberge hosts popular one-day motor flight trial courses in cooperation with the Volkshochschulen of Lüdinghausen and Münster, featuring theoretical education and practical flying experience. The club offers co-pilot membership allowing aviation enthusiasts to fly without a pilot license, with inclusive usage of the flight simulator and access to a vibrant community.
