Sportfliegergruppe Schwenningen a.N. e.V. is a large aviation club in Baden-W fcrttemberg with around 450 members offering diverse aviation activities including motorflight, gliding, and parachuting. It operates its own flight school providing training for various licenses such as the Light Aircraft Pilot License (LAPL) (A), Private Pilot License (PPL) (A), and Ultralight License SPL F. Training also covers night VFR and pilot radio communication licenses (BZF I, BZF II, AZF). Additional training like conversion courses and proficiency flights support pilot development. Located at EDTS airport in Villingen-Schwenningen, the club runs a charity project to introduce disadvantaged children to aviation, emphasizing community engagement and fulfilling the childhood dream of flying.
