Salzburg ATIS one-two-zero decimal niner-five-five (120.955)
Salzburg Ground/Tower: (Implicitly managed in dialogue)
Salzburg Delivery: (Not explicitly stated, but reference frequency 119.450)
Salzburg Departure: one-nineteen decimal four-five-zero (119.450)
Innsbruck Centre: one-three-two decimal zero (132.0 or 132.00)
Munich Approach: one-two-six decimal zero-two-five (126.025)
Munich Tower: one-one-eight decimal zero-five (118.05)
Munich Ground one-two-one decimal niner-zero (121.90)

Notice that:

The first digit is read as single digits: "one-one-eight" not "one hundred eighteen"
Decimals are read with all three places: "zero-two-five" not "twenty-five"
When the decimal is ".0," it is read as "decimal zero" or sometimes omitted if understood
