GeneralGerman general radiotelephony certificate
The highest German aeronautical radio certificate. It allows radiotelephony in both English and German in all airspace and is required for IFR flights. Both abbreviations name the same qualification; which one you see depends on the source.
The exam has a written part and practical radio exercises in both languages. The restricted certificate for VFR flights is the BZF (BFZ).
