Will comply

Short for “will comply”: I have received your message, understood it and will do it. Wilco already includes “Roger”, so “Roger, wilco” says the same thing twice.

Wilco does not replace a readback: clearances and safety-related instructions such as runway, altitude, heading and squawk must still be read back in full.
